Fitness Training

Ignited provides fitness classes for ladies who wish to succeed in their fitness goals. The fitness class is conducted by a Certified Personal Trainer.

Tyra’s fitness classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance as well as BURN FAT through a variety of intense group intervals for a period of 30 – 50 minutes.

#30PEAK fitness class is currently being conducted at the Sportsplex on TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS at 5:15 am. Bring a mat & a set of Dumbbells and be ready to grind!
